Church Communion - 1st Sunday of every month
Sunday School For All Ages There are Sunday school classes available for all ages. They begin at 9:15 AM Sunday mornings. Everyone is invited to attend these enriching classes.
Sunday Morning Worship Our Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 AM and includes Worship in Song, Worship through Prayer, Worship through Sharing and Giving, and Worship in God's Word. There is a time of coffee and cookie fellowship following each service. Childcare is provided, but children are welcome to stay in the worship service at the parents discretion. We also celebrate the Lord's Supper (Communion) the first Sunday of every month. Small Groups Small Groups are a time of sharing and reflection around a common study or theme. Fridays @ 1:00 PM.
Wednesday Afternoon Bible Study / Prayer Time This is a time of digging into God's Word. This study begins every Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 PM. Coffee and fellowship aid in the study of God's Word and its application to our lives.
Wednesday Night Bible Study / Prayer Time If you are not able to make the morning session, we meet again in the evening at 6:30 PM. We support one another and seek God through prayer and continue to study God's Word and its application to our lives.
American Baptist Women's Ministries (A.B.W.) The purpose of the American Baptist Women of Colorado is to unite all the women of our churches into a fellowship that will help each one to grow as a person in personal devotion to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and in commitment to the mission of His church, through worshiping, working, and witnessing in all areas of life: the home, the community, the nation and the world.
Faith Circle: Fourth Tuesday of every month @ 7:15 PM.
Friends of Miriam Circle: Last Tuesday of every month @ 1:30 PM.
General meeting 2nd Tuesday of January, March, September and November. American Baptist Men (A.B.M.) A time of food, fellowship and devotion bring the men together once a month. They come together, share a potluck meal and enjoy fellowship. This is a growing group and are seeking more participation from all men of the church. We meet the third Tuesday night of every month @ 6:00 PM.
Prime Timers The Prime Timers is an adult ministry whose purpose is to enhance the quality of life for the +50 adults. Our focus is Spiritual enrichment, socialization, learning and service opportunities all done to glorify God. The Prime Timers meet the second Sunday every month for lunch and a program. Other special programs are also scheduled.
Outreach FBC is a church for all people. We reach out to the community in various ways to help those in need: Empty Bowls Dinner; the Life Pregnancy Center's “Change for Life” Baby Bottle Campaign; among others. The last Sunday of each month is ‘Bounty Sunday', when we bring non-perishable donations for the O.U.R. Center. We help the Salvation Army during the Christmas season by taking our turn at Bell Ringing. Our members are volunteers with the O.U.R. Center, Life Pregnancy Center, Shekina Prison Ministries, Longmont United Hospital, and anywhere else God leads us to touch lives. We take seriously Matthew 25:30, “The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."
